Bookings are not confirmed until deposit or full payment is received
If booking online, your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive the requested payment. This can be made using the options available during booking. If you have any questions about the booking or confirmation, please email boholjewelcorp@gmail.com.
Long Term Rate.
Any reservation of 7 days or more will have a long term rate and the utilities will be charged separately at the end of your stay. The long term rate is already included when displaying prices on this site. Long term stays (such as month to month) do not receive daily room cleaning or regular laundry service.
Deposit. As a long term guest we require that you pay a deposit prior to checking-in to your unit. The amount of the deposit will depend on the length of stay and other factors so be sure to ask at the time of booking. This deposit will be used to cover any unpaid utilities, unpaid bar/restaurant invoices, intentional damage to the apartment, or changes in your dates with less than one month notice. Upon booking we will ask you how long you plan to stay in the apartment so as not to accept reservations for the same apartment during that time. We ask that you inform us at least one month (30 days) prior to making any changes to these dates so we have enough time to find other guests for that unit. If you notify us less than one month of a change in these dates, we may use all or part of your deposit to cover any such vacancy.
Children.
The Guest must ensure that any children under the age of 14 years for whom the Guest is responsible will stay at the property under adult supervision exclusively.
Cancellation
We allow 100% refund cancellations within 14 days of check-in. If less than 14 days from check-in, we do not allow cancellations and do not provide refunds. Please send your request for cancellation by email to boholjewelcorp@gmail.com or text +63 999 103 7150 (WhatsApp).
Refunds
Refunds can be made if requested at least 14 days prior to check-in for short-term guests of 7 days or less. For long-terms reservations of 7 days or more, a refund request must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in.
Refunds of reservations or deposits made by credit card may result in a 4% transaction fee withholding.
